Monetary donations are accepted all year. Your donations help those in need at Christmas and year round for emergencies. You may send a check to:

- Bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and comforters)
- Pillows
- Towels and washcloths
- Night gowns, pajamas, and slippers (all sizes)
- Winter coats (adult and children’s sizes)
- Sweat suits (especially large sizes)
- socks
- underwear
- Toiletries
- Toys, games, and books
- Stocking stuffers (children and the elderly)
- Supplies for Christmas Mother headquarters (wrapping paper, tape, gift boxes, gift bags, copy paper)
- gift cards (any kind)
These donations are accepted during our hours of operation at Christmas Mother Headquarters.
Adopt a family, child, or elderly person
An individual, family, business or organization may “adopt” a family, child or elderly person to provide gifts from a list provided by our adoption coordinator. Starting in September we will be accepting requests to adopt by e-mail at powhatancec@verizon.net
Volunteer (hours below)
You may help set up our Christmas Mother gift room, sort items, or wrap gifts. We also need drivers to deliver gifts to those without transportation. You may contact us by e-mail at powhatancec@verizon.net
Shop
You may like to shop for the Christmas Mother for items not donated. You will be provided with an applicant’s wish list. Shop for these items and bring them to Christmas Mother Headquarters to be wrapped. You may contact us by e-mail at powhatancec@verizon.net
Fund Raising
